Provides customer support by phone and email regarding submissions, orders, turnaround times, shipping, payments, accounts, and system use. Resolves complaints and escalations, coordinates with internal departments, maintains support documentation and FAQs, improves response quality and efficiency, and collaborates with IT to enhance support tools and portals. The role is full-time, on-site at the PSA Japan office, Monday through Friday, 9:00–18:00.

The role also includes stakeholder and executive partnership, technical decision-making, and AI enablement or product integration.

Manage Marketplace finance planning and reporting, including annual operating plans, long-range plans, forecasting, expense and headcount budgeting, business-unit allocations, and planning systems. Partner with business leaders on financial performance, scenario analysis, and strategic decisions. Prepare quarterly forecasts, executive reporting, and board materials while improving processes, data quality, and financial transparency across multiple Marketplace business units.

Coordinates in-house order pickup and drop-off appointments, tracks appointment data, processes and invoices orders, and assists customers with Beckett procedures. Handles order organization, packaging, supply restocking, reception check-in, vendor and employee arrivals, office closing, clerical work, and operational projects. The role is fully onsite Monday through Friday and requires strong customer service, administrative, communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Provides in-person and remote customer support for collectible submission drop-offs, pickups, order processing, pricing, payments, and issue resolution. Coordinates with logistics, operations, sales, finance, shipping, and customer care teams; supports VIP customers and trade shows; communicates company policies and submission outcomes; manages customer follow-ups, emails, and workspace organization. The role is onsite in Plano, Texas, five days per week, with approximately 40% travel.

Support the President and CFO by managing calendars, priorities, workflows, executive travel, briefings, leadership reviews, events, and cross-functional initiatives. Partner with the CFO’s Chief of Staff to drive organizational alignment and execution, coordinate stakeholders, prepare decision materials, complete special projects, and improve operations. The role requires exceptional organization, discretion, communication, judgment, business acumen, and proactive problem-solving while maintaining confidentiality.

Document departmental procedures and standardize processes by creating manuals, SOPs, work instructions, presentations, and video training modules. Collaborate with subject matter experts and learning personnel, maintain training resources and project boards, identify content gaps and future training needs, develop curricula, and edit and format learning materials. The role is onsite Monday through Friday in Santa Ana, California.

Lead and grow the engineering team owning the warehouse management system (WMS), vault, and fulfillment platforms. Ensure reliability, scalability, security, and integrations; partner with product; provide architectural guidance; champion AI/LLM tooling; establish operating standards, incident response, and observability; recruit and mentor engineers and technical leads.

The Quality Control Specialist inspects products for defects, verifies quantity and quality of outgoing products, and ensures all information matches documentation.
