Leads JWorks software implementations for court and judicial customers. Responsibilities include managing implementation staff, defining methods and training materials, analyzing business requirements, configuring applications, developing project deliverables, training users, facilitating testing, providing support, and advising customers on process improvements. The role also contributes product feedback, supports curriculum development, and travels to customer sites approximately 25% of the time.

Deploy, configure, and operate on-premises and AWS-hosted application infrastructure (Windows, Linux, SQL Server, IIS, Java app servers). Partner with Professional Services and R&D to implement, monitor, secure, and support court case management applications, perform capacity planning, incident troubleshooting, patching, and maintain compliance with CJIS and SOC 2.
