Lead day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, AP/AR, billing, reconciliations, month- and year-end close, financial reporting, and tax compliance. Mentor one direct report and ensure timely vendor/customer payments and regulatory filings using Great Plains and other finance systems.

Translate ambiguous stakeholder needs into precise, spec-driven product requirements. Maintain backlog, collaborate with engineering, design, and customer teams, prototype using AI-assisted tools, validate work against specs, optimize workflows, and support roadmap and release documentation. Focus on AI-native product workflows and clear written communication to drive implementation and usability improvements.
