Leads community engagement and partnership strategies across multiple markets, advising senior leaders on local risks, stakeholder sentiment, permitting, and development priorities. Responsibilities include reviewing products and AI capabilities, assessing international regulatory risks, embedding privacy, responsible AI, security, and data-governance requirements, advising on market entry and launches, monitoring global laws, and leading regulatory inquiries, audits, investigations, and remediation.

Own CoreWeave’s AI training infrastructure narrative, positioning, competitive messaging, customer evidence strategy, go-to-market approach, and sales enablement. Translate Kubernetes, scheduling, bare-metal performance, and distributed training capabilities into compelling messaging for AI research leaders, platform engineers, developers, and technical architects. Partner with technical teams on benchmarking, collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architects, and DevRel, and measure impact through deal velocity, contract value, competitive win rates, adoption, and retention.

Lead and manage an SDR team to drive outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification. Lead and scale a Field Planning & Performance Center of Excellence for revenue: own GTM coverage and role design, territory/headcount/quota planning, sales incentive programs, revenue modeling and predictive forecasting, performance analytics, and global operating rhythms. Build and manage a high-performing team and partner with Finance, People, and regional RevOps to ensure consistent, data-driven planning and measurement across segments and geographies.

Develop and run rigorous benchmarks and profiles for LLM inference workloads to identify bottlenecks and drive targeted performance optimizations across frameworks, runtimes, and GPU hardware. Design experiments (quantization, caching, speculative decoding), validate changes against real traces, partner with platform engineers to productionize improvements, and produce clear technical writeups to guide model-serving, runtime, and hardware decisions.

Serve as the named technical partner for financial services customers, driving adoption and expansion of CoreWeave's AI platform. Provide hands-on support for training, fine-tuning, evaluating, and deploying LLMs and other deep learning workloads; solve technical problems, create demos/PoCs, advise on production performance, reliability, governance, and infrastructure efficiency; collaborate with sales, field engineers, product, and engineering to ensure customer success.
