Provide commercial legal support for enterprise cloud, SaaS, and infrastructure transactions. Draft, negotiate, and advise on contracts (SaaS, IaaS, software licensing, DPA), counsel sales and cross-functional teams on legal/privacy/commercial risk, manage concurrent deals, improve templates and processes, and coordinate outside counsel to enable scalable, business-focused legal support for growth.

Provide commercial legal support for CoreWeave's international expansion (EMEA/APAC), lead drafting and negotiation of MSAs, term sheets, order forms and vendor agreements for Omni and other infrastructure/SaaS deals, manage deal pipeline and outside counsel, advise on transaction structures and jurisdictional risks, and develop repeatable processes, templates, and playbooks to scale cross-border transactions.

Serve as the named technical partner for net-new and existing customers, driving adoption and expansion across CoreWeave's AI platform. Work hands-on with customers to train, fine-tune, evaluate, deploy, and scale LLMs and AI workloads, remove technical blockers, deliver demos/POCs, and liaise with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure production success and surface product feedback.

Serve as the technical partner for net-new AI customers: design demos, lead end-to-end PoCs, architect and deploy production LLM applications, advise on best practices across infrastructure and tooling, and represent customer needs to shape product roadmap while partnering with sales and engineering.

Provide strategic legal support for global sourcing, procurement, and deployment of datacenter and infrastructure hardware. Draft and negotiate complex supplier agreements, advise on risk allocation, compliance, export controls, and international logistics. Build templates, playbooks, and enablement for scalable contracting; manage outside counsel and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders for global expansion.

Lead RevOps analytics for the Global Field Organization: analyze sales performance, build dashboards and predictive forecasts, support territory and quota planning, conduct win/loss and pipeline conversion analyses, and drive data-backed GTM recommendations while partnering with Sales, RevOps, Enablement, Data Engineering, and Finance.

Own and grow strategic partner relationships (NVIDIA, hyperscalers, tech partners). Drive co-sell motions, joint pipeline, and partner-influenced revenue. Build executive relationships, develop joint business plans, enable partner sales teams, and create solution plays. Coordinate with sales, solutions engineering, and product teams. Track partner pipeline and maintain records in Salesforce. Field-based role with travel and territory-level partner plans.

Lead partner marketing to translate technical alliances (NVIDIA, model and agent frameworks, Weights & Biases) into joint GTM strategies, co-marketing programs, sales enablement, and partner-sourced pipeline. Build joint narratives, customer proof programs, and enablement materials; coordinate cross-functionally with alliances, product, sales, PR, and field marketing to drive adoption and measurable pipeline.

Lead and develop a commercial legal team supporting Americas enterprise sales. Serve as primary legal advisor to sales leadership, negotiate complex SaaS/IaaS/cloud agreements, improve playbooks and processes, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage risk on high‑value transactions.
