Senior Roadway Project Manager responsible for leading roadway design projects for GDOT and local transportation clients. Duties include client liaison, business development, proposal and pursuit leadership, scope and fee negotiations, project scheduling and budgeting, QA/QC, risk and safety management, staff recruitment and supervision, technical design oversight, and mentoring roadway design teams. The role is hybrid in Atlanta with occasional field work, meetings, and travel.

Designs and manages urban, rural, and provincial roadway projects, including geometric design, 3D modeling, design plans, technical specifications, quantity estimates, engineering reports, and technical studies. Coordinates with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams from planning through construction. The role also involves cost estimating, tender preparation, contract administration, project and team management, and occasional field work.

Manage transportation infrastructure projects involving roadway, highway, intersection, interchange, civil, and drainage design. Responsibilities include defining scopes, estimates, schedules, delivery, quality assurance, specifications, and proposals; mentoring engineering staff; supporting client relationships and pursuit strategies; negotiating contracts; and contributing to regional practice leadership. The role requires Alberta professional engineering or technologist registration, transportation project management experience, regulatory knowledge, leadership skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a valid driver’s license.

Provides technical support for mechanical and building-structure projects within Montreal’s metro infrastructure program. Responsibilities include coordinating with engineers, architects, contractors, and other disciplines; preparing and reviewing plans, specifications, and shop drawings; conducting site surveys and inspections; monitoring construction progress and compliance; resolving technical issues; attending coordination meetings; and updating as-built documentation.

Manage multiple Power Delivery projects from pursuit through closeout, leading multidisciplinary teams across planning, design, construction services, and client delivery. Responsibilities include establishing objectives, managing contracts, budgets, schedules, risks, quality, resources, and subcontractors; maintaining client and agency relationships; supporting business development; mentoring staff; and promoting collaboration across offices and business lines. Travel to project sites and other offices may be required.

Work spans geometric design, drainage, traffic control plans, ITS integration, and adherence to transportation standards and TDOT guidelines.

The Project Manager will oversee transportation infrastructure projects, manage teams, enhance client relationships, and ensure successful project execution within Florida.

The Project Engineer will design roadway and drainage projects, manage production teams, and ensure compliance with design standards while interacting with clients.
