The US Federal Growth Leader will develop and implement growth strategies for federal clients, guide business development, and lead capture efforts while fostering collaboration and maintaining client relationships.

The Project Designer will coordinate and prepare design documents for telecommunications, security, and A/V systems, manage project tasks, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams while ensuring quality work and timely deliverables.

Manage design and delivery of building technology systems (telecom, security, AV, networks, nurse call) for A/E/C projects. Provide technical leadership, produce drawings/specs/reports, perform QC, client engagement, site inspections, and support business development across healthcare, education, government, and commercial markets.

Lead and execute program and project risk management activities including identification, quantitative and qualitative analysis (QRA/QSRA), response planning, mitigation, monitoring, risk registers, facilitation of risk reviews, reporting, and development of risk management tools and best practices to support delivery of large infrastructure and construction programs.

Design, commission and manage building automation and control projects for commercial and institutional buildings. Prepare technical deliverables (control schematics, I/O lists, loop diagrams), select control instruments and valves, write specifications and tender documents, support construction and commissioning, liaise with clients, and contribute to proposals and project scope definition.

Support project execution through document control, tracking RFIs/submittals, preparing specifications/reports, coordinating deliverables and schedules, ensuring ISO/corporate/client compliance, and assisting project managers and senior staff.

Manage and control project documentation across the full lifecycle: intake, versioning, review/approval workflows, transmittals, distribution, archiving, and EDMS configuration. Maintain registers, enforce standards and compliance, support audits, coordinate RFIs and correspondence, provide training, and liaise with project teams and clients to ensure document integrity and timely submissions.

Provide risk management services for heavy-industry and energy projects: facilitate structured risk workshops, develop risk registers and mitigation plans, review technical documentation, support risk monitoring/reporting, and engage clients and multidisciplinary teams throughout project lifecycles.

The Electrical Engineer-in-Training will assist in designing electrical systems for transportation projects, including power distribution and lighting systems, while supporting various project teams.

Design and deliver building electrical systems (power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, communications) for institutional, commercial and industrial projects. Prepare calculations and models, technical specifications, plans and reports; perform site surveys; liaise with clients; support project planning and construction administration. May manage projects, mentor junior staff, and improve departmental design processes.
