The Senior Project Manager/Technical Lead, Conveyance will oversee the design and management of water and wastewater conveyance projects, ensuring quality assurance, project deliverables, and coordination with teams and clients.

Perform electrical design and project support under senior supervision, prepare deliverables, coordinate with multi-discipline teams, ensure QA/QC, assist project management tasks (scheduling, budgeting, client communication), and contribute to business development and professional growth.

Perform load calculations and equipment sizing, prepare documentation and technical reports, coordinate with architecture and other disciplines, manage project budgets and staffing, supervise site surveys, mentor staff, and participate in client meetings.

Design and document building electrical systems (power, lighting, fire alarm, low-voltage) using Revit/AutoCAD. Perform calculations, field reviews, construction administration, coordination with disciplines, mentor junior staff, and apply sustainable design and code compliance across project phases.

Lead HVAC design (airside, hydronic, steam) for complex commercial and mission-critical facilities from concept through construction. Perform load calculations, system sizing, energy studies, prepare Basis of Design and technical documentation, sign and seal drawings, manage projects and client relationships, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, support construction administration, and mentor junior staff.

Design and document HVAC and mechanical systems for building projects using BIM and engineering standards. Perform Revit modeling, system calculations, duct and piping design, equipment specification, field surveys, construction administration, and coordination with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients. Prepare drawings, specifications, and Basis of Design, and mentor junior staff.

Lead physical security consulting engagements including threat and risk assessments, security master plans, hostile vehicle mitigation, zoning and operational requirements; coordinate multidisciplinary teams through design and implementation; prepare security reports and specifications; mentor junior staff; support proposals, business development, and client workshops for complex government, infrastructure, and commercial projects.

Support pursuit and business development teams by reviewing RFPs, coordinating response plans, preparing and editing proposals, maintaining proposal templates and marketing materials, managing tender submissions, and maintaining opportunity records and sales collateral.
