Manage commercial and financial aspects of complex projects and programs: project setup in ERP, budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, contract compliance, change management, financial monitoring, and team coordination to control risk and ensure audit-ready project documentation.

Design and lead electrical systems (high voltage, power distribution, generation, energy storage, lighting, fire alarm) for buildings and industrial projects. Perform load calculations and equipment sizing, prepare documentation and technical reports, coordinate with architecture and other disciplines, manage project budgets and staffing, supervise site surveys, mentor staff, and participate in client meetings.

Design and document HVAC and mechanical systems for building projects using BIM and engineering standards. Perform Revit modeling, system calculations, duct and piping design, equipment specification, field surveys, construction administration, and coordination with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients. Prepare drawings, specifications, and Basis of Design, and mentor junior staff.

Lead physical security consulting engagements including threat and risk assessments, security master plans, hostile vehicle mitigation, zoning and operational requirements; coordinate multidisciplinary teams through design and implementation; prepare security reports and specifications; mentor junior staff; support proposals, business development, and client workshops for complex government, infrastructure, and commercial projects.

Support pursuit and business development teams by reviewing RFPs, coordinating response plans, preparing and editing proposals, maintaining proposal templates and marketing materials, managing tender submissions, and maintaining opportunity records and sales collateral.

Process multi-state payroll transactions, audit payroll data, resolve employee inquiries, manage manual timecard corrections and checks, assist with certified/prevailing wage payroll, maintain records and documentation, perform reconciliations and quality control, partner with HR/Finance/Benefits, and support process improvements.

Lead electrical design for building projects from concept through construction documents. Specify systems, perform power studies, coordinate teams and consultants, manage scope/budget/schedule, conduct QA/QC, and use Revit/BIM and electrical design software. Prepare proposals, participate in client meetings, and mentor others.

Lead and perform GHG inventories and third-party verifications, develop climate and net-zero action plans, prepare and present high-quality reports and client workshops, track disclosure frameworks, identify business opportunities, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across offices.
