Manages transportation engineering projects involving roadways, highways, intersections, interchanges, and drainage. Responsibilities include project delivery, quality assurance, scopes, estimates, schedules, design packages, staff mentorship, client relationships, proposal development, pursuit strategy, and alternate delivery methods such as design-build. Requires Alberta professional engineering registration, civil engineering education, transportation project management experience, leadership, communication, contract negotiation, and a valid driver's license.
