Manage content acquisition, author relationships, and publishing calendar for Hong Kong legal products. Develop content strategy, oversee budgets and forecasts, lead market research, and manage a team to meet quality, timeliness, and revenue objectives.

Partner with senior leadership and business stakeholders to provide FP&A decision support: deliver timely management information, lead forecasting and monthly reporting, identify risks and opportunities, drive cost optimisation and automation, and ensure accurate P&L analysis to support strategic and tactical planning.

Manage commercial relationships across a portfolio of small law firm accounts to drive revenue growth, handle renewals and churn prevention, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities with Client Engagement Managers, follow up on leads and in-app offers, and use data-driven insights and recommendation engines to prioritize high-potential customers.
