Administer and maintain enterprise Windows Server, network, cloud, virtual, and on-premises infrastructure supporting VA mission systems. Responsibilities include monitoring with Dynatrace and Splunk, Active Directory administration, patching, vulnerability remediation, certificate management, backups, disaster recovery, troubleshooting, performance optimization, change and configuration management, and technical architecture guidance. The role collaborates with VA stakeholders, cybersecurity teams, developers, infrastructure engineers, and vendors in a fully remote environment.

Manages day-to-day HR operations, personnel leadership, employee relations, performance management, compliance, engagement, workforce analytics, and HR initiatives. Partners with executives and managers, supports federal contractor employment requirements, oversees HR systems and reporting, guides employee lifecycle processes, and leads compliance, workforce planning, and organizational development activities.
