Support design and delivery of large highway and roadway projects. Perform vertical clearance calculations, grading, alignments, material quantity takeoffs, estimates, permit/plan preparation, review contractor submittals, prepare specifications and construction documents, and collaborate with engineers and clients.

Manage and control project documents using electronic document management systems (EDMS). Receive, track, register, scan, distribute, and expedite document reviews and approvals. Maintain logs, transmittals, and reports; support junior staff and perform light clerical tasks to ensure compliance with project document control procedures.
