Lead end-to-end procurement for regional transport links, developing strategies, managing high-value tenders and contracts, ensuring compliance, supplier performance, and alignment with project delivery. Guide commercial negotiations, risk management, governance, and stakeholder engagement while leading and developing a procurement team.

Must be able to obtain Secret clearance and drive to multiple locations.

Lead document control for a multi-billion-dollar infrastructure program in Tabuk. Establish document control framework and SOPs, manage and optimize EDMS, supervise multinational document control team, enforce security and metadata compliance, conduct quality audits, and produce status and submittal reports for senior leadership.
