Support design delivery for large roadway projects by performing engineering computations, quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, surveys, and designs. Support project managers by implementing cost control, scheduling, and earned value management. Develop WBS, maintain schedules (CPM), analyze CPI/SPI, produce forecasts and reports, assess impacts of changes, and recommend corrective actions.

Lead design, installation, and commissioning of piping, HVAC/ducting, and high-capacity pumping systems. Review engineering drawings, oversee construction, evaluate vendor bids, witness testing/commissioning, and coordinate with multi-discipline teams to ensure compliance with international codes and client standards.

Lead applied innovation for a global identity and mobility platform by identifying and prototyping emerging technologies, building demos and pilots, assessing operational fit and security, and translating prototypes into production roadmaps for edge, cloud, and constrained environments.

Lead technical delivery and governance for wastewater network and pumping station projects within the PMO. Establish standards and design assurance, perform hydraulic modelling and capacity assessments, conduct multidisciplinary technical reviews, manage technical risks, and oversee design through handover. Interface with clients, operations, consultants, contractors, and regulators while promoting innovation, value engineering, and continuous improvement across the capital programme.
