Leads C-UAS systems integration and technical solution development for federal proposals and growth initiatives. Develops scalable architectures spanning sensing, tracking, identification, command and control, mitigation, communications, and sustainment. Guides proposal teams, evaluates emerging technologies, shapes customer and industry partnerships, and aligns technical strategies with federal acquisition and mission requirements. The role supports defense customers and requires an active Secret clearance, with remote work and approximately 20–30% travel in the DC region and elsewhere.

Designs and integrates production AI/ML capabilities for USCYBERCOM, including LLM agents, orchestration workflows, RAG pipelines, vector databases, model routing, MCP tool integrations, evaluation pipelines, and governance guardrails. Provides embedded operational support, rapid prototyping, capability integration, and model benchmarking. Partners with data scientists and mission analysts to operationalize research, evaluate emerging AI technologies, and deliver secure, enterprise-scale mission capabilities.

Designs and defines enterprise IT networks, including logical and physical network architectures, infrastructure, and systems engineering solutions. Evaluates emerging network technologies, recommends integration approaches, develops cost projections, and creates system documentation. Supports USCYBERCOM internal command IT and cyberspace operations systems while maintaining compliance with DoD cybersecurity certification and clearance requirements.

Lead and coordinate hospitality design from briefing through delivery, managing consultants, Operators and stakeholders to ensure integrated, compliant, high-quality architecture, interiors, FF&E and OS&E packages delivered on programme and aligned with guest experience and commercial objectives.

Support project coordination for roads and infrastructure: liaise between architectural, structural and MEP teams; review drawings/models for clashes; prepare coordination drawings, logs and reports; attend meetings and record minutes; review shop drawings and submittals; coordinate with site and contractor teams; maintain records and enforce safety.

Manage industrial EPCm capital projects through full life cycle (pre-FEED to commissioning). Lead multi-discipline teams, oversee engineering deliverables, budgets, schedules, project controls, client negotiations, change orders, QA, and status reporting.

Manage end-to-end logistics for C-UAS projects: procure, track, receive, store, stage, and ship hardware/software; maintain inventory using CMMS/ILMS; prepare and monitor purchase orders and CCPOs; ensure hazardous-material and State Department shipping compliance; coordinate with suppliers, GDIT, SIM logisticians, and customers; perform periodic inventories and reporting; support import/export and property documentation.

Lead systems administration across multiple classified networks: design, build, secure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers, virtualization (VMware), storage, networking, access management (AD/DNS), backups/disaster recovery, and configuration management. Provide technical leadership, troubleshooting, scripting automation (PowerShell/Unix Shell), STIG-based hardening, documentation, and customer briefings in SCI/SAP environments while holding active Top-Secret/SCI and meeting DoD certification requirements.

Designs stormwater drainage, culverts, highway drainage, sustainable drainage, and water-sensitive systems for infrastructure projects. Performs hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, calculations, drawings, and technical reports; coordinates with CAD, BIM, and 3D modeling teams. Applies innovative and value-engineering solutions, manages complex drainage designs, supports project delivery across all stages, and supervises junior engineers. Requires strong hydrology, hydraulics, GIS, CAD, and drainage-design expertise, with professional qualifications and GCC experience preferred.

Supports planning and delivery of ICT infrastructure projects, including telecommunications, fiber, and digital systems. Coordinates engineering teams, contractors, consultants, and clients; monitors schedules, milestones, risks, deliverables, and contractor compliance; reviews technical submissions; manages interfaces with civil, utility, and smart systems disciplines; and prepares project reports, meeting minutes, and status updates.
