Support the MDA Chief Engineer by developing and capturing system models to replace document-driven engineering. Apply MBSE tools to create and maintain system models, coordinate with internal and external teams, and support interface/interoperability engineering domains to advance agency engineering practices.

Lead planning, coordination, and reporting for cybersecurity risk and compliance initiatives within the PMO. Manage project plans, intake/prioritization, shared services, vendor and financial operations, KPI dashboards (Power BI), and cross-functional enablement while driving process improvements, automation, and executive reporting.

Lead development and standardization of PMC reports, dashboards, and KPIs; consolidate project data into portfolio and executive summaries; produce regular and ad‑hoc analyses; ensure alignment with project controls (schedule, cost, risk, change); improve automated data models; define data quality standards; communicate trends and train teams on reporting best practices.

Build and maintain responsive front-end components and dashboards for AI-enabled applications. Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to integrate UIs with back-end APIs, participate in code review and debugging, and apply UI/UX improvements. Support desktop and web interfaces using frameworks like ReactJS, Dash, Streamlit, or PyQT while staying current with AI-related front-end trends.

Perform RAMS and safety engineering for CBTC and rail systems across North America: develop safety specifications, conduct hazard analyses (FTA, PHA, SHA/SSHA/IHA/OSHA), manage hazard logs, review V&V and test & commissioning from a safety perspective, prepare safety cases per EN50129, and coordinate approvals with contractors and independent safety assessors.

Lead and coordinate bid and proposal activities: analyze RFPs, prepare Bid/No-Bid decisions, develop compliance matrices and schedules, run kickoff and review meetings, guide writers, draft non-technical proposal sections, liaise with Contracts and Capture Manager, manage production and quality checks to ensure compliant, compelling proposal submissions.

Design and modernize hybrid cloud network architectures spanning field sites and AWS. Build resilient VPC-based fabrics, integrate physical and virtual security appliances, implement IaC with Terraform, improve observability and AIOps-driven telemetry, and partner cross-functionally to ensure high-availability, scalable connectivity for mission-critical global systems.
