Provide strategic analysis and policy support for Department of War cyber workforce, readiness, and Defensive Cyber Operations. Assess force design, readiness metrics, and COF programs; develop policy recommendations, executive briefings, and technical guidance to senior DoW and USCYBERCOM leadership to shape cyber strategy, force structure, and operational implementation.

Lead drainage and stormwater design for transportation projects, perform hydraulic/hydrologic analyses, develop plans and SWPPP reports, mentor junior engineers, coordinate multidisciplinary designs, ensure QA/QC, and support client interactions and business development.

Identify and mitigate risks, liaise with authorities, and prepare reports and updates for clients and senior management.

Support development, maintenance, and control of project schedules for a large airport airfield and infrastructure project. Prepare baseline, recovery and look-ahead schedules; monitor progress, perform critical path and float analyses; validate contractor submissions; produce progress reports and dashboards; coordinate multidisciplinary teams to mitigate delays and integrate planning with cost, risk, and commissioning activities.

Perform complex accounting assignments including audits, general ledger close, financial statement preparation and analysis, cash flow and capital investment projections, tax return preparation, accounting systems improvements, and mentoring lower-level accountants. Collaborate with IT on reporting, participate in quality improvement, and travel to remote field sites for audits or field support.

Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of conventional and specialist electrical systems for a large themed hospitality and entertainment development. Oversee MV/LV distribution, substations, emergency power, show control, entertainment lighting, audiovisual systems, and coordinate multidisciplinary contractors, vendors, and commissioning teams to ensure quality, safety, and contractual compliance.

Produce and review engineering CAD and BIM models/drawings for utilities, roads, structures, drainage and MEP coordination. Manage BIM activities from startup to completion, create parametric/non-parametric families, perform clash detection and reporting, extract quantities/schedules, and ensure QA/QC and LOD compliance.

Design, code, test, and debug software components for US Cyber Command; develop prototypes, research vulnerabilities, and integrate CNO tools. Collaborate with customers and present findings.
