Deliver and implement orientation, training, and competency programs in-person and virtually across the Houston Methodist system. Coordinate schedules, develop and evaluate learning materials, assist with needs assessments and identify knowledge gaps, track attendance and learning metrics, maintain stakeholder relationships, and support communications and LMS/presentation tools.

Lead payroll system optimization, automation, and reporting. Serve as payroll subject matter expert, ensure compliance with payroll laws, coordinate cross-functional projects, train and mentor staff, and manage payroll data accuracy and system configurations.

Responsible for complex financial and clinical performance analysis, reporting, and reconciliation for assigned entities. Perform complex financial and clinical performance analyses, compile and report financial information, develop dashboards and models, identify process improvements, support budgeting, reconciliation, contract and reimbursement analysis, and liaise with IT/BI and stakeholders.

Build and maintain relationships with hospital leadership, corporate clients, and C-suite to expand utilization of Houston Methodist services. Identify and pursue managed care and employer-based business opportunities, deliver executive presentations and proposals, manage a sales pipeline and reporting, coordinate internal teams, support outreach events, ensure regulatory compliance, and travel regularly within and outside the Houston area.

Lead technical execution and strategy for enterprise SEO, SEM alignment, and emerging Answer Engine Optimization (AEO/GEO). Manage digital product deployments, analytics (GA4), on-page and technical SEO, schema/JSON-LD, local listings, performance diagnostics, and cross-functional project delivery to increase patient engagement, search visibility, and AI assistant presence. Build KPIs, dashboards, and stakeholder-facing presentations while partnering with engineering, vendors, and marketing to implement optimizations.

Provide tactical support for supply chain software and databases (ERP, inventory, contract/procurement). Serve as primary contact for data entry/maintenance, coordinate upgrades and testing with IT/vendors, create reports, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements to improve efficiency and support stakeholders.

Provide administrative support on a hospital unit: answer calls, respond to nurse call system, greet patients/visitors, coordinate transfers/transport, manage unit workflow and supplies, assist with bed management and documentation, support patient satisfaction and safety initiatives, and perform office equipment and computer tasks.
