Lead technical execution and deployment of the Houston Methodist web presence: design wireframes and UX, build CMS pages/components, QA, launch, optimize, enforce ADA/WCAG and brand standards, collaborate with stakeholders, champion SEO and analytics, and produce KPI dashboards to drive engagement and marketing outcomes.

Lead and coordinate inter-related IT projects and programs (communications and telehealth technologies) to meet strategic goals. Manage program resources, governance, budgets, documentation, stakeholder communications, and PMO standards. Coach project managers, facilitate meetings, validate forecasts and expenditures, and drive process improvements and adoption across the organization.

Manage supply chain contracting activities: source and contract goods, services, and equipment; perform financial analyses and due diligence; lead and develop contracting staff; coordinate with stakeholders, legal, and value analysis; drive cost-savings, compliance, and process improvements; manage budgets, supplier performance, and implementation of contracts.

Deliver and implement orientation, training, and competency programs in-person and virtually across the Houston Methodist system. Coordinate schedules, develop and evaluate learning materials, assist with needs assessments and identify knowledge gaps, track attendance and learning metrics, maintain stakeholder relationships, and support communications and LMS/presentation tools.

Lead payroll system optimization, automation, and reporting. Serve as payroll subject matter expert, ensure compliance with payroll laws, coordinate cross-functional projects, train and mentor staff, and manage payroll data accuracy and system configurations.

Responsible for complex financial and clinical performance analysis, reporting, and reconciliation for assigned entities. Develops dashboards, models, and tools; identifies performance issues; recommends improvements; supports budgeting, contract and reimbursement analysis; liaises with BI/IT and stakeholders; mentors junior staff and ensures financial stewardship.

Provide Workday ERP application support and development for HCM/FMS and supply chain processes. Troubleshoot issues, build reports, design and test integrations, implement improvements, and support releases and production environments.

Provide risk-focused legal counsel and manage claims and litigation for Houston Methodist. Investigate events, direct outside counsel, lead discovery and mediations, evaluate indemnity and reserves, and advise clinical and business stakeholders to reduce legal and financial exposure.

Transport patients within the hospital safely and timely using wheelchairs, stretchers, beds or carts. Assist with patient transfers, equipment handling, infection control, documentation, and communication with nursing and ancillary departments. Maintain and disinfect transport equipment, support patient safety initiatives, and participate in training and department improvement activities.

Perform complex financial and clinical performance analyses, compile and report financial information, develop dashboards and models, identify process improvements, support budgeting, reconciliation, contract and reimbursement analysis, and liaise with IT/BI and stakeholders.
