The Power Platform Developer designs and builds document management solutions, automated workflows, and integrates Power Platform capabilities for a federal client, working within an agile team.

Support a Department of State implementation by assessing data policies and architecture, developing data pipelines, cleaning and integrating datasets (using Palantir Foundry), and producing analyses and visualizations. Create governance documentation, catalog data fidelity issues, coordinate with non-technical users, and recommend improvements to meet analytical and mission goals.

Design, configure and implement Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) through all project phases. Integrate with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and other systems; develop low-code applications and automations (UiPath/RPA), produce documentation and training, participate in scrums, support production issues, and serve as Power Platform SME and technical lead for clients.

Perform end-to-end AML investigations for retail banking and/or crypto customers using internal systems and third-party tools. Gather evidence, produce clear case narrations, ensure compliance with AML policies and regulatory requirements, meet productivity and quality SLAs, escalate risks, collaborate with SMEs, and adapt to process changes while supporting team goals.

Perform end-to-end QA of AML investigations across Retail Banking and Crypto, auditing analyst decisions, blockchain analytics and OSINT use, coaching analysts, maintaining quality dashboards, driving calibration, and partnering with stakeholders to close quality gaps and support audit readiness.

Conduct L2 AML transaction monitoring investigations: analyze customer profiles and transactions, identify red flags, prepare SAR-supporting narratives, escalate complex cases, maintain audit-ready documentation, meet productivity and SLA targets, and support process improvements.

Coordinate delivery across an enterprise data analytics and AI platform: translate needs into actionable work items, manage dependencies, facilitate Agile ceremonies, maintain delivery documentation and executive reporting, oversee contracts/budget/resources, and align engineering, data, and operations teams across multiple stakeholders and contractors.

Conduct detailed AML and fraud investigations, review transactions and open-source data, assess regulatory risk across jurisdictions, prepare narrative reports and file SARs, follow privacy and company protocols, and support project team under supervision.
