The Director CMS Technology Solutions leads technology delivery for CMS, develops AI and cloud-based solutions, coaches teams, and pursues technology opportunities.

Lead and mentor full‑stack teams to design, architect, build, and deploy cloud‑native applications on AWS. Provide hands‑on engineering, solution architecture, standards, and technical leadership for microservices, serverless, containerized systems, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines while interfacing with clients and stakeholders.

Provide legal, legislative, and policy analysis for DOJ asset forfeiture programs; develop policy and guidance; research regulations; track projects; monitor legislative/regulatory activity; support FOIA reviews and draft responses; operate under government counsel direction and obtain/maintain Public Trust clearance.

The Associate Director will manage client engagements, maintain relationships with state agencies, oversee consulting staff, and drive new business development for Government clients in Louisiana.
