Design, build, and maintain scalable batch and streaming data pipelines on Databricks using PySpark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and cloud platforms. Troubleshoot performance and quality issues, implement data governance, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and document pipelines and data models to deliver reliable, production-ready data products.

Develop, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models on Databricks. Prepare and maintain large-scale datasets, build Python/SQL workflows, implement ML lifecycle practices (MLflow, model registry, governance), monitor model performance, and communicate insights to stakeholders while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Support organizational design and change initiatives through assessments, workforce analysis, stakeholder engagement, facilitation, data analysis, and development of recommendations, training and leadership programs. Assist project planning, risk tracking, quality reviews, and business development activities while building client relationships and supporting implementation of process improvements.

Lead organizational assessments and design future-state structures, governance, and workforce plans. Facilitate executive workshops, develop business cases and implementation roadmaps, assess change impacts, and prepare executive briefings to support federal transformation and adoption.

Support a DoD client to analyze and optimize supply chain performance: assess and manage data quality, analyze trends and root causes, support planning, and recommend policy and performance improvements.

Provide paralegal support for litigation and investigative teams supporting DOJ clients: perform legal research, locate responsive information, synopsize transcripts, assist with discovery, draft and prepare legal documents, review materials for relevance and privilege, and develop work products with minimal supervision.

Provide eDiscovery support for DOJ matters: coordinate with eDiscovery counsel, perform privilege and responsiveness reviews using commercial review platforms, redact sensitive information, research and collect responsive materials, coordinate classification reviews, and deliver status updates to stakeholders. Ensure data discoverability and quality through peer review and collaboration with attorneys and IT.
