The CAD Designer will assist in the design of water and wastewater infrastructure projects by preparing detailed drawings and collaborating with engineers. Responsibilities include project planning, providing conceptual input, and ensuring quality standards in BIM/CAD deliverables.

Serve as senior technical authority for complex electrical design on water and wastewater projects: lead standards, design, commissioning, QA/QC, mentor staff, advise leadership, and represent the firm externally.

Lead complex public-sector capital programs across planning, execution, performance tracking, and close-out. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets/schedules, provide training and client-staff augmentation, support business development, and ensure contract and procurement compliance.
