Supports senior investment bankers in originating and executing M&A, leveraged finance, equity capital markets, and corporate finance transactions. Responsibilities include financial modeling, company and industry research, transaction screening, credit and underwriting processes, pitch and marketing materials, due diligence, transaction documentation, client support, and coordination with legal counsel and senior banking teams. The Associate also supervises and develops analyst-level bankers.

Lead existing customer management strategy for a credit card portfolio, focusing on growth, retention, profitability, customer experience, communications, promotions, pricing, budgeting, risk management, and product enhancements. Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Risk, Distribution, and portfolio teams to achieve business objectives. Oversee campaign deployment, product strategy, KPI performance, competitive analysis, and portfolio reporting.

Manages borrower communication, documentation, trial payment plans, and final loss mitigation actions. Coordinates with title companies, notaries, mortgage insurers, GSEs, government agencies, and vendors to execute documents and closings. Supports mortgage and consumer lending product setup, QRM model inputs, valuation data integrity, market pricing validation, pipeline monitoring, testing, reporting, and issue remediation. The role reconciles loan-level and source-system data, maintains control documentation, supports UAT and production processes, and provides analysis to Capital Markets leadership on pricing, data quality, risk measurement, and originate-to-distribute execution readiness.

Leads the enterprise Red Team program, managing offensive security professionals and directing adversary emulation, Purple Team engagements, assumed-breach exercises, and AI security testing. Partners with cybersecurity, technology, legal, risk, and detection teams to improve controls, response, and resilience. Establishes operating standards, tools, metrics, and guardrails; translates findings into risk mitigation recommendations; supports compliance activities; and communicates outcomes to technical stakeholders and executives.

Underwrite complex home equity line of credit applications, analyze documentation and personal or business tax returns to verify income, apply consumer lending policies and regulations, assess repayment ability, mitigate credit risk, document decisions, and identify counteroffer opportunities. The role requires collaboration with retail sales and loan officers while meeting productivity and credit quality standards in an office-based production environment.

Manages post-closing mortgage loan pipelines, audits closing and compliance documents, clears investor and agency suspense conditions, coordinates with closing agents and brokers to obtain missing documentation, releases funding numbers, follows up on final documents, manages escrow holdbacks, and orders disaster-area property inspections.

Handle inbound and outbound mortgage collections calls, review account status, collect payments, evaluate customer finances, negotiate repayment solutions, and document account actions. The role requires compliance with lending and debt-collection regulations, accurate data entry, operational reporting, productivity, and quality standards. Comprehensive training is provided. The position follows a hybrid schedule with three days onsite and two days remote.

Performs monthly actual, forecast, and budget analysis for enterprise data and analytics initiatives. Tracks financial metrics, supports strategic planning, provides business analysis and decision support to senior managers, improves financial processes, and collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders, vendors, and sourcing teams.

Provide legal counsel to the Wealth Management Division on trust, fiduciary, advisory, and brokerage matters. Advise on regulatory compliance (12 CFR Part 9, Investment Advisers Act, SEC/FINRA rules), draft and review policies and client documents, support regulatory examinations, negotiate advisory/brokerage/custody agreements, partner with compliance and business teams to mitigate risk, monitor regulatory developments, and assist with legal due diligence for acquisitions.
