Provides operational and financial data analysis for clinical research and innovation projects. Exports, cleans, pools, researches, and analyzes data from multiple systems; maintains database knowledge and documentation; responds to data requests; and prepares information for statisticians, investigators, data scientists, and leadership.

Develops advanced statistical, machine learning, deep learning, and NLP solutions for clinical and biological research. Builds predictive, attribution, and mathematical models; integrates, analyzes, visualizes, and manages multidimensional datasets; and develops novel algorithms. Leads training and mentorship for research team members, communicates findings to investigators and research communities, and supports the growth of a trauma research program through diverse data integration.

Develop and optimize generative AI and machine learning models for healthcare applications. Lead experiments, model evaluation, deployment, and integration with clinical and operational systems. Collaborate with IT, clinical, and business stakeholders to define AI strategies and technology roadmaps. Staff-level responsibilities include shaping long-term AI direction and mentoring technical staff. The role requires advanced expertise in deep learning, NLP, large language models, software development, and healthcare AI.

Designs, develops, deploys, and maintains scalable full-stack AI applications, APIs, integrations, backend systems, databases, and cloud deployments. Collaborates with AI/ML scientists and healthcare domain experts, makes architectural decisions, writes and reviews code, mentors engineers, integrates external data services, and optimizes application performance and security. The role is fully remote across the country with up to 5% travel and no on-call requirements.

Manage and execute community outreach programs and events end-to-end: planning, budgeting, vendor coordination, volunteer organization, contracting, invoicing, data collection and reporting. Serve as liaison to nonprofits, mentor team members, support budget processes, and apply Community Health Needs Assessment insights. Maintain procedures and administrative systems using Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint. Travel locally across Martin and St. Lucie counties.

Lead and execute IT and cybersecurity audits using agile concepts. Develop audit programs, manage audit staff, test internal controls, prepare draft reports, communicate findings to leadership, and recommend remediation to mitigate enterprise IT/cyber risks.
