Provides administrative and project support to Human Resources, including scheduling, reporting, expense processing, records retention, supply management, vendor coordination, and document handling. Coordinates employee appreciation events and service award programs, supports company culture initiatives, and assists with ad hoc HR projects. Requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Executes blood donor recruitment programs for an assigned territory, develops relationships with donor drive organizations and internal clients, identifies new blood drive opportunities, manages account communications and scheduling, selects promotional materials within budget, represents the organization at community events, and completes required reporting. Responsibilities include tracking departmental KPIs and CAPA, preparing reports, maintaining supplies and inventory, monitoring support tickets, creating documents and job aids, maintaining department software programs, and coordinating administrative needs.
