Manages organic social media execution across multiple brands and platforms. Develops content ideas, creates and edits short-form videos, graphics, carousels, and captions, schedules and publishes posts, monitors performance, manages community engagement, and repurposes national campaign content for franchise locations while maintaining brand consistency.

Tracks online and offline marketing performance, including qualified leads, cost per lead, customer growth, and revenue objectives. Presents pre-opening and grand-opening plans, recommends acquisition, retention, reactivation, and loyalty tactics, supports onboarding, sells local marketing programs, and develops performance reporting for management review.

Coaches and trains franchise owners to improve lead generation, sales conversion, and customer acquisition. Develops sales training programs, materials, scripts, and facilitator guides; maintains a 90-day training calendar; analyzes sales performance metrics; and provides actionable recommendations. Partners with franchise coaches, marketing, operations, and leadership to support franchise growth. Builds consultative relationships with franchise owners and represents the brand at industry events.

Leads the development and continuous improvement of business systems, processes, reporting, tools, and training supporting brand and franchisee performance. Evaluates operational practices, creates scalable solutions, develops KPI and benchmarking reports, manages cross-functional initiatives, and trains field support teams. The role partners with franchise owners, leadership, and other brands to improve sales, pricing, cost control, consistency, and operational efficiency across the franchise network.

Lead treasury operations including managing US/Canada cash and liquidity, banking relationships, cash forecasting, debt facility management, team leadership, process automation, foreign currency exposure, regulatory documentation, and treasury support for acquisitions.

Provides marketing platform and product support to franchise owners. Responsibilities include researching and resolving marketing issues, responding to phone, email, and video-call requests, training users, documenting inquiries and resolutions in ticketing systems, and maintaining knowledge of internal and external marketing tools. Requires strong communication, customer service, organization, software-learning ability, and a four-year degree in Marketing or a related field. The role follows a hybrid schedule in Waco, Texas.

Leads the marketing enablement strategy supporting franchise owners through training, communications, program management, centralized support, and platform adoption. Oversees marketing support teams, coordinates shared-service partners, improves owner experience, monitors adoption and service metrics, and drives automation, AI, self-service, and knowledge management initiatives. Requires strong marketing leadership, people management, analytics, and experience in complex operating models such as franchising or agencies.

Processes accurate, timely multi-state payroll, including adjustments, taxes, deductions, garnishments, benefits, and Davis-Bacon reporting. Investigates discrepancies, supports payroll communications, prepares payroll and accounting reports, assists with journal entries, reconciliations, general ledger activity, audits, compliance documentation, and organizational transitions. Requires strong Excel, payroll systems, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
