Owns one or more moderately complex products: defines strategy and roadmap, leads execution, represents customers, coaches junior PMs, partners cross-functionally, manages design and technical processes, analyzes data, sets milestones and KPIs, ensures localization and stakeholder buy-in, and engages customers across the product lifecycle.

Supports global private-brand sourcing strategies and financial objectives for assigned product categories. Responsibilities include vendor analysis, RFP support, sample approvals, cost negotiations, vendor setup, quote sheets, item setup, quality issue resolution, delivery coordination, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, overseas offices, and vendors. The role also organizes sourcing meetings and requires strong analytical, communication, multitasking, and Excel skills.

Lead store selling culture and operations to drive sales and customer experience. Coach team on selling behaviors, manage front-end/service operations, oversee POS and omni-channel fulfillment, support in-store programs (balloons, parties, Knit & Sew, framing), ensure policy/SOP compliance, train and develop team, and maintain asset protection and operational standards.

Analyze and administer compensation programs including market pricing, salary administration, survey management, minimum wage compliance, retail offer support, internal equity audits, data integrity in HR systems, reporting and analytics, and support for variable pay programs (bonus, merit, commission).

Lead regulatory research and policy development for U.S., Canada and select international markets. Evaluate regulations (product safety, labeling, advertising), close policy gaps, set product standards, coordinate with QA/vendors, train stakeholders, and manage external government and vendor relationships to ensure company compliance.

Partner with business leaders to drive HR programs including succession planning, organizational design, talent development, employee relations, and performance management. Use data to inform retention and engagement strategies, lead investigations and compliance, coach leaders on performance and development, and support recruiting and training to meet organizational goals.

Lead and build the internal audit function, execute risk-based financial, operational, and compliance audits across stores, DCs, and corporate functions, assess controls, perform testing and analytics, report findings, track remediation, and partner with leadership to reduce enterprise risk.

Manage store-level allocations by analyzing sales history and inventory, partnering with buyers and planners to optimize assortment, coordinating with DCs and stores, validating POGs, and leading allocation execution and related projects.

Provide forecasting and analytical support for DC inventory flow and supply chain processes. Maintain Excel/Access models and databases, produce performance reports, support budgeting, identify process improvements, and partner cross-functionally on supply chain projects.

Lead store selling culture and front-end/service operations to drive sales, conversion, and customer satisfaction. Provide floor leadership (MOD), coach teams, manage POS and omni-channel fulfillment (BOPIS/Same Day), oversee in-store programs (balloons, parties, Cut Bar, custom framing), and maintain asset protection and operational standards.
