Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid training on Konami's SYNKROS casino management system. Plan and manage training engagements, develop materials, support customer adoption, coordinate with implementation and support teams, maintain system and casino operations knowledge, and travel frequently (up to 5075%). Must obtain gaming licensure and support internal enablement and UAT activities.

Develop, test, deploy, and support casino game and platform software. Troubleshoot production issues, build deployment/monitoring tools, create documentation, perform onsite/remote installs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Coordinate iGaming game development and releases by working with internal and external teams, writing and reviewing specs, preparing asset packages, managing QA/Jira issues, conducting demos and market analysis, supporting project planning, compliance, and trade show activities.

Design and produce illustration and animation for casino slot games (themes, characters, UI, symbols). Create 2D/3D assets and animations, prepare high-resolution and in-game assets, follow art pipelines, collaborate with game designers and engineers, mentor art staff, conduct field research and attend tradeshows, and deliver work under tight deadlines while improving processes.
