Provides Level II technical support for the SYNKROS gaming application, interfaces, and databases. Troubleshoots escalated customer and vendor issues, maintains customer code, identifies and reports software bugs, performs system upgrades, and develops support tools. Collaborates with customers, Sales, Compliance, Project Management, R&D, SQA, and senior management while meeting regulatory service levels and providing after-hours support when needed.

Provides enterprise network and server support by installing, maintaining, repairing, and diagnosing infrastructure and software issues. Designs network architectures, prepares specifications and documentation, troubleshoots switches, routers, firewalls, and related systems, and evaluates hardware-software interfaces. Lead technical artist bridging art and engineering for Unity-based slot and multimedia games. Integrates and optimizes assets, builds tools/pipelines, produces VFX/shaders, profiles performance, mentors artists, prototypes features, and participates in field research and tradeshows.

Develop, maintain, and test embedded C/C++ software for gaming systems. Lead design and implementation, mentor junior engineers, coordinate QA/deployment, use CI/automation, and engage with customers for feedback.

Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid training on Konami's SYNKROS casino management system. Plan and manage training engagements, develop materials, support customer adoption, coordinate with implementation and support teams, maintain system and casino operations knowledge, and travel frequently (up to 5075%). Must obtain gaming licensure and support internal enablement and UAT activities.

Develop, test, deploy, and support casino game and platform software. Troubleshoot production issues, build deployment/monitoring tools, create documentation, perform onsite/remote installs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Design and produce illustration and animation for casino slot games (themes, characters, UI, symbols). Create 2D/3D assets and animations, prepare high-resolution and in-game assets, follow art pipelines, collaborate with game designers and engineers, mentor art staff, conduct field research and attend tradeshows, and deliver work under tight deadlines while improving processes.
