Provides strategic and hands-on HR support to Operations leaders in a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include employee relations investigations, performance management, corrective actions, terminations, workforce planning, talent development, policy implementation, leave and workers’ compensation oversight, compliance, workforce analytics, organizational change, and HR initiative execution. Manages and mentors HR team members while advising leaders and improving employee experience and operational effectiveness.

Sells, distributes, and promotes Callaway Golf products across an assigned territory. Builds customer relationships, achieves revenue and product-launch targets, manages sales and inventory plans, conducts presentations, product training, custom fittings, and consumer events, and maintains merchandising standards. Perform finite element analysis, optimization studies, CAD preparation, and technical data analysis for golf club products. Develop scripting and AI-assisted engineering workflows, support prototypes and validation, and collaborate with product engineering, industrial design, testing teams, and suppliers. Evaluate performance, durability, manufacturability, cost, risk, and schedule while documenting findings and contributing to product development improvements.

Manage customer order entry, changes and inquiries for key accounts and special programs; enforce sales program guidelines; maintain product availability records; create deliveries and coordinate with distribution center and production; process logo orders and artwork through approved workflows; provide customer service and support special projects.

Manages strategic sourcing and the full procurement cycle, including supplier selection, contracts, delivery, quality, cost savings, audits, and vendor performance. Partners with Operations, Finance, IT, Product, Manufacturing Engineering, and Program Management to improve sourcing processes, ERP configuration, supplier reliability, and operational excellence. Negotiates agreements, oversees domestic and international subcontract suppliers, supports long-lead-time production deliveries, and ensures financial benefits are realized.

Build and maintain SQL views/tables in a cloud warehouse and develop Power BI semantic models and dashboards for supply chain and purchasing. Translate stakeholder needs into data models, identify data quality risks, present findings to diverse audiences, and train users on self-service analytics while partnering with IT and master data teams.

Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards using SAP BusinessObjects, Power BI, and SQL. Analyze data from SAP and non-SAP sources, validate reporting accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, define KPIs, and translate business requirements into technical specifications. Collaborate with BI, IT, management, and cross-functional stakeholders while supporting reporting projects through analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Provides business and technical leadership for global SAP Sales and Distribution solutions. Responsibilities include configuring and supporting order-to-cash processes, managing solution design and implementation, integrating SAP with third-party applications, defining requirements, supporting multiple projects, partnering with global business stakeholders, and driving organizational improvements. The role also requires cross-module knowledge of SAP PP, EWM, and FI, plus experience in fashion, retail, manufacturing, and global environments.

The Performance Fitter conducts product fitting events, sets up displays, educates consumers on products, and ensures excellent customer experiences.
