Regional EPM support lead for APAC/India/EMEA managing OneStream/Oracle EPM user support, training, access, and communication. Serve as voice of the customer, partner with development to deliver reporting, improve month-end processes, produce SmartView-based reports, and ensure timely project deliveries while collaborating with finance stakeholders.

Lead portfolio and stakeholder management, schedules, budgets, risk mitigation, vendor compliance, and monthly reporting. Coordinate AOP, international shipments/import-export compliance, and PMO process improvements while supporting ETC teams and executive leadership.

Lead and support continuous improvement and quality system activities (ISO) including audits, FMEA, process mapping, problem solving, and corrective actions. Collaborate with suppliers, drive operational excellence projects (5S, ergonomics), train staff, analyze processes for efficiency, and support facility scorecard objectives. May supervise staff.

Design and document building automation and direct digital control systems for HVAC projects. Review contracts and submittals, create installation/as-built drawings, develop advanced sequences, prepare O&M manuals, assist commissioning, and support field technicians during startup and transition to service.

Lead modeling and simulation for refrigeration systems: develop and validate component and system models, integrate simulation with experimental data, standardize and automate workflows, define 1D simulation roadmap, provide cross-functional technical leadership, and mentor engineers.

Design and deliver building automation hardware and control solutions using direct digital controls. Produce installation, submittal, and as-built drawings, advanced sequences of operations, O&M manuals, and transition documents. Review contract documents, perform job surveys, and coordinate equipment integration while supporting field teams and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Manage multiple procurement and NPD projects for commercial HVAC, coordinating Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Centralized Procurement. Lead supplier selection, rationalization, and improvement initiatives; monitor project status, remove roadblocks, align sourcing strategies, and ensure supply continuity. Support cross-functional gate reviews and travel up to 25%.

Lead design and development of modular application software (Ruby/Rust), guide scrum teams, drive module development, resolve defects, improve product quality, and support new-product and technology initiatives.

Develop and maintain Linux kernel-mode device drivers and perform board bring-up. Debug low-level hardware/firmware/kernel issues, optimize kernel modules for real-time performance, and profile drivers for power, memory, and latency using hardware tools and kernel debugging utilities.
