Lead commercial HVAC systems sales by developing long-term relationships with engineers, contractors, and building owners. Manage project takeoffs, proposals, pricing, and system integration (equipment, controls, services). Diagnose customer needs, convert leads, assemble acquisition teams, and execute account-specific business plans to drive energy-efficient building solutions. Provide technical consultation and visit customers regularly.

Design, develop, and improve safe, cost-effective manufacturing processes and tooling. Resolve process and product design issues using investigations and statistical studies, create workstation layouts and standardized work, maintain manufacturing standards and documentation, support new design input, and partner with EHS to ensure OSHA-compliant equipment and safety.

Lead cost engineering activities to optimize product costs through should-cost models, VAVE, make-versus-buy, supplier benchmarking, and design-to-cost. Develop cost models, analyze designs, BOMs and processes, drive cost-reduction projects, support RFQs and negotiations, track savings, prepare leadership reports, and mentor junior engineers while maintaining quality, safety, and reliability.

Manage and grow service relationships with building owners through consultative selling, opportunity qualification, business case development, facility assessments, and team-based selling to expand and retain accounts while driving energy-efficient building solutions.

Lead area service operations including P&L, budgeting, service agreement growth, field service coordination, technician recruitment/training, invoicing, and customer satisfaction. Ensure safety, compliance, risk mitigation, and process improvements while partnering with sales to drive installations, repairs, and service turnkey projects.

Manage HVAC equipment projects from planning through completion: set schedules, control scope, budget and cash flow, coordinate with customers and contractors, enter orders, issue purchase/work orders, and ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Support outside sales for light commercial unitary equipment from inquiry through delivery: identify equipment, generate quotes in Trane Selection Software, set pricing, process orders, manage projects (POs, budgets, scheduling, expediting), communicate with customers, and mentor peers while contributing to lead generation and market intelligence.

Manage a portfolio of HVAC/Building Automation projects from planning through closeout. Own project financials, schedules, subcontractors, change orders, contract risk mitigation, compliance, documentation, and customer satisfaction while leading cross-functional teams and enforcing safety.

Support the annual SOX compliance program by documenting control design, performing control testing, identifying and reporting deficiencies, tracking remediation, assisting control design assessments, engaging with owners for improvements, and supporting SOX reporting and project management. Occasional travel (5-10%).

Develop and manage long-term customer relationships for turnkey HVAC projects. Serve as main contact through project lifecycle, build a 12-month pipeline, coordinate internal teams, define scope/timelines, prepare proposals and contracts, maintain Salesforce and project records, ensure customer satisfaction and safety, and travel to customer job sites for inspections and implementations.
