Sell and promote air-side HVAC solutions by identifying customer needs, coordinating with sales and technical teams to deliver tailored proposals, pursue new market opportunities, track competitors, follow sales processes, manage project execution and collections, and achieve assigned sales and profit targets.

Provide on-site office administration and Systems Division support including phone and facilities coordination, document preparation, procurement tasks (Coupa/Oracle), vendor account admin (Windchill), and customer event planning and post-event follow-up. Support EHS activities, cross-regional backup for Eastern Canada offices, and various administrative projects under Sales Manager supervision.

Manage and grow key building-owner accounts by providing HVAC controls solutions and consultation, converting leads to opportunities, developing account business plans, answering technical questions, coordinating acquisition teams, and ensuring customer retention and profitability.

Coordinate and dispatch service resources and technicians, schedule personnel and materials, generate and review work orders and reports, liaise with parts and project teams, and maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns and responding to requests. Support execution of service agreements and repair work within financial standards.

Support establishment of the Expense Accounting team in the India Shared Service Center. Lead migration of expense accounting processes from US/EMEA to Bangalore, manage payroll/incentives, prepayments, accruals, professional/IT/ad/marketing/facility costs, GRNI accruals, and corporate allocations. Partner with business units and IT, ensure KPIs, drive process improvement, controls, and ERP adoption.

Manage financials, administration, implementation, and customer satisfaction for multi-building/commercial HVAC controls projects. Lead project teams, oversee schedules, change orders, subcontractors, contract compliance, and safety. Mentor staff, support sales/proposals, monitor forecasts and cash flow, and drive corrective actions to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

Manage HVAC equipment projects end-to-end: plan and schedule work, control scope, budget and forecasts, coordinate with customers/contractors, place equipment orders, generate work orders, and manage project cash-flow, billing, and collections.

Validate and optimize HVAC equipment selection and pricing for projects, evaluate cost savings/issues, prepare and release submittals, negotiate vendor pricing, prepare orders, reconcile job costs, and provide technical support during installation, start-up, and warranty.

Develop and improve automation (welding and assembly Fanuc robots) manufacturing processes to meet cost, quality, and schedule targets. Define machine specs and installations, apply GD&T, perform advanced root-cause analysis (Six Sigma, DOE, A3), create control plans/PFMEAs/JSAs, drive process improvements and Opex initiatives, and manage related purchasing and performance metrics.

Own procurement strategy for Tier 2 electrical components (wire harness assemblies). Lead supplier selection, RFx and contract negotiations, supplier qualification, risk mitigation, cost and performance management, and stakeholder alignment to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
