Provides strategic HR partnership for a 550-employee manufacturing factory team. Responsibilities include employee relations, investigations, workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, talent management, engagement, communications, training, compliance, labor relations, conflict resolution, and HR metrics analysis. Partners with factory leadership to execute HR strategies, improve staffing and operational outcomes, support organizational change, and address personnel matters.

Develop and maintain customer relationships across the Dallas-Fort Worth territory, generate sales, manage pricing and margins, grow market share, identify new opportunities, create account business plans, address customer needs, analyze market data, and report sales activity. Daily territory travel and occasional overnight travel are required.

Designs custom commercial HVAC equipment and systems, reviews project specifications, manages scope and bid documentation, prepares submittal packages and bills of materials, and coordinates factory, customer, and cross-functional activities. Provides production engineering support through drawing reviews, quality audits, troubleshooting, and performance testing. Ensures timely project deliverables while identifying cost reduction, process efficiency, and quality improvement opportunities.

Lead development of diagnostic applications for transport refrigeration units (TRU): design, integrate, and validate embedded and cloud-enabled software using sensor and performance data; collaborate with cross-functional teams; mentor junior engineers; automate testing and analyze data to improve diagnostics and product reliability.

Prepares, audits, and submits certified payroll reports across multiple states, ensuring compliance with Davis-Bacon and prevailing wage laws. Reviews wage determinations, classifications, deductions, fringe benefits, and payroll calculations; investigates discrepancies and resolves compliance issues. Uses advanced Excel, macros, VBA, and electronic reporting systems to analyze large datasets, improve processes, and support accurate, timely reporting. Partners with internal teams, employees, subcontractors, and agencies while maintaining confidentiality and meeting weekly deadlines.
