As a Senior Software Engineer at Babylist, you will develop systems for a high-volume marketplace, collaborating on advertising, commerce features, and infrastructure while leading projects and improving processes with AI-driven methodologies.

Lead Babylist's global support organization (100+ people), set strategy and operating model, design AI-human workflows, own policies/SLAs, partner cross-functionally (Fulfillment, Ops Eng, Finance, Marketing), and continually evolve org structure and staffing to improve customer experience and efficiency.

Owner of end-to-end production problems: design, build, experiment, ship, and measure outcomes across backend, frontend, data pipelines and AI. Act as a technical leader, reviewer, incident mitigator, and cross-functional partner to product and design while advancing AI-driven tooling and safeguards.

Own and set direction for a large domain, design cross-team architecture, build production systems (often AI-enabled), partner with product/design/data, coach senior engineers, and remain hands-on in code and delivery.
