Diagnose complex cross-stack issues, build testing and instrumentation tools, and collaborate with research, hardware, firmware, platform, and product teams to deliver production-ready consumer device capabilities.

Design, develop, and maintain operating-system connectivity capabilities for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, IP networking, network services, and security policies. Oversees customer journeys from discovery through production adoption, coaches senior architects, manages resources, advises executives, and coordinates Sales, Product, Engineering, Research, Security, Legal, Privacy, and deployment specialists. Ensures secure, scalable architectures, responsible AI adoption, measurable customer outcomes, portfolio health, and expansion opportunities.

Design and build scalable systems for launch readiness and feedback capture. Coordinate product launches across internal and third-party teams, create feedback loops to inform product and engineering, monitor post-launch performance, document standardized procedures, identify rollout risks and propose mitigations, and report actionable insights to drive product improvements.

Manages, hires, and develops the international SMB Ads marketing team while connecting regional insights to global strategy.
