Lead commercial legal strategy for OpenAI's infrastructure transactions. Draft, negotiate, and manage complex supplier, manufacturing, distribution, and partnership agreements. Advise on global supply chains, export controls, procurement frameworks, and cross-border deals while building scalable contracting processes and aligning contract terms with finance, operations, and compliance.

Provide legal counsel for OpenAI's B2B products (ChatGPT Business/Enterprise and API). Advise on product design, launches, data governance, security, privacy, third-party partnerships, customer terms, and responsible deployment of frontier AI capabilities. Lead product marketing for ChatGPT Work: define audience, positioning, GTM strategy, and portfolio priorities. Drive launches, adoption, enterprise readiness, workflows, and cross-functional alignment. Use customer insight and analytics to shape product, measure adoption and retention, and support sales and field readiness for professional and enterprise customers.

Partner with enterprise customers to design, build, and deploy production AI systems. Prototype, evaluate, integrate, and scale solutions while addressing reliability, security, governance, latency, cost, and safety. Write and debug code, build evaluation harnesses, resolve integrations, and create reusable tooling and playbooks to drive sustained adoption and measurable business outcomes.

Design, operate, and improve secure, scalable enterprise networks across offices, campuses, PoPs and cloud. Own production operations and incident response, build observability and automation (IaC), implement routing/switching/wireless/firewall/NAC/segmentation, lead migrations and site launches, and partner with security and stakeholders to apply Zero Trust and measurable reliability outcomes.

Design, operate, troubleshoot, and automate secure enterprise routing, switching, wireless, WAN, and cloud connectivity. Balance platform architecture, standards, lifecycle planning, and automation with incident response, change safety, and operational delivery. Reduce recurring reactive work through software, APIs, Infrastructure-as-Code, Git workflows, testing, and CI/CD.
