Manage strategically important startup accounts across Singapore, owning customer relationships, consumption, contracted revenue, forecasts, and account strategies. Partner with deployment, solutions, product, engineering, and research teams to support customers building with OpenAI APIs and SDKs. Analyze account and market intelligence, communicate technical concepts, advocate for startup needs, contribute to corporate strategy, and support team hiring, onboarding, and culture development.

Own strategic partner relationships in Korea from contract signing through onboarding, enablement, solution development, and commercial activation. Coordinate OpenAI sales, technical, operations, customer success, and marketing teams with partner organizations. Track milestones, conduct business reviews, monitor performance, manage compliance, develop localized solutions and assets, and drive partner-sourced sales. The role is based in Seoul and requires native Korean and professional English fluency.

Manage approximately twelve strategic accounts from pipeline generation through deployment and closure. Develop account plans, lead complex enterprise sales cycles, own consumption revenue targets and forecasts, and partner with engineering and solutions teams on customer programs. Analyze account and market metrics, advise executives, contribute to product strategy, lead customer events, and support hiring, onboarding, and company culture.

Provide commercial legal support across APAC by advising sales, partnerships, finance, procurement, operations, product, and engineering teams. Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements, identify transaction-related legal and regulatory issues, develop scalable legal processes, and advise on AI, technology, privacy, product, compliance, and regulatory matters. Collaborate with OpenAI’s global legal team across jurisdictions.

Research and develop multimodal perception and authentication systems using visual, audio, and sensor data. Build specialized and multimodal models, design training and evaluation methods, analyze robustness and failure modes, and integrate capabilities into real-time, resource-constrained systems. Collaborate with hardware, firmware, software, and product teams to transition research into practical products.

Drive cross-functional development and integration of robotic sensor systems, including cameras, LiDAR, IMUs, RADAR, proximity sensors, and audio components. Coordinate requirements, engineering interfaces, validation, manufacturing, supply chain, production readiness, change management, and release processes. Establish technical review cadences, manage dependencies and tradeoffs, and lead functional, reliability, and NVH validation to ensure sensor subsystems meet cost, quality, performance, and schedule goals.

Owns actuator development and integration from system goals through production readiness. The role coordinates mechanical, electrical, firmware, controls, testing, reliability, manufacturing, and supply chain teams; drives technical convergence, validation planning, tradeoff decisions, change control, risk mitigation, and manufacturing readiness for robotic actuator systems.

Build and operate scalable streaming and batch data pipelines for monetization, financial, and operational data. Develop canonical data models, reusable data products, data quality controls, observability, lineage, reconciliation, and auditability. Partner with Product Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Analytics, and GTM teams to define data contracts and deliver reliable platform capabilities. Lead technical designs, complex cross-functional projects, incident response, and engineering improvements.

Provides advanced technical support to enterprise customers by troubleshooting API failures, integrations, authentication issues, logs, and production incidents. Partners with Engineering, Product, and Go-To-Market teams to resolve escalations, prevent recurring problems, and improve customer outcomes. Builds automation and AI-powered workflows using scripting and emerging AI tools. Requires occasional holiday and weekend on-call coverage, Tokyo hybrid attendance, and fluency in Japanese and English.

Develop research methods for selecting, combining, transforming, and evaluating web-scale pretraining data. Create high-quality datasets and quantized representations, design experiments measuring effects on model learning and behavior, and translate successful findings into scalable data-processing pipelines. The role requires owning a research agenda and collaborating empirically on frontier models, with attention to privacy, provenance, and data quality.
