Perform tax research, prepare refunds and audit defenses, analyze jurisdiction impacts, manage credit pool risk, provide consultative support, and collaborate with internal teams and dealers to improve documentation and processes.

Lead and own finance application portfolio (S/4HANA, Ariba, Vertex, GEAC, Mainframe). Manage incident/request handling, availability, and delivery of projects impacting financial systems. Partner with Finance and IT to execute ERP strategy, enforce SDLC and SOC/GITC compliance, support audits, and lead and mentor the team to drive continuous improvement.

Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients through renewals, pricing optimization, and share-of-wallet opportunities. Conduct proactive outreach, develop client strategies with operations, use Salesforce for forecasting and opportunity management, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve escalations and deliver superior client experience.
