Drive efficiency, automation and RPA governance; collaborate with commercial and operations leaders to prioritize and deliver technology roadmap and transformation initiatives.

Lead product strategy, governance, and a 3-year modernization roadmap for the vehicle ordering platform across US and Canada. Drive platform modernization, establish KPIs and governance, prioritize roadmap initiatives, partner with Technology, quantify ROI, and ensure cross-functional delivery and measurable P&L impact.

Lead Mexico's growth strategy and serve as Chief of Staff to the Country Head. Drive strategic planning, commercial excellence, pricing governance, strategic advisory, and new product introduction. Oversee cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution, using data-driven insights to improve commercial performance, client value, and portfolio profitability.

Lead end-to-end title, registration, and compliance operations across the US and Canada.
