Work with minimal supervision to control and monitor product quality for aerospace manufacturing. Collaborate with engineering, operations, suppliers, and customers; analyze production data; lead root cause analysis and corrective actions; support audits, failure analysis, and reliability testing; approve quality document changes and drive continuous improvement using AS9145/APQP and Lean methods.

Lead and perform incident response, threat hunting, and SOC operations. Develop playbooks, automate workflows via SOAR/SIEM and scripting, mentor analysts, tune detections, and coordinate remediation across global teams.

Lead cross-functional teams to manage aerospace product development programs from proposal through production readiness. Own schedule, cost, risk, customer interface, IPT leadership, change control, and transition to manufacturing while ensuring certification and customer satisfaction.

Lead product roadmaps, NPD execution, and strategic initiatives for the Variable Flow product range. Own commercial performance and P&L support, drive market and competitor analysis, manage CAPEX/NPD business cases, collaborate with commercial, supply chain, engineering and operations, and support launches, forecasting, and cost-saving initiatives. Engage voice of customer and deliver training, including international travel.

Manage supplier quality for aerospace and defense components: evaluate new suppliers, lead failure analysis and corrective actions, conduct audits and AS9100/AS9102 compliance, apply SPC, lead inspections and MRB/FAR processes, and ensure hardware/documentation meet approved drawings and standards (IPC-A-610, J-STD-001).

Lead implementation and enforcement of global trade compliance and federal contract compliance programs. Conduct audits, assessments, remediation, training, due diligence for acquisitions, and provide operational guidance on ITAR/EAR, import/export, FAR/DFARS, DCSA/NISPOM, and government audit interactions.

Provide technical expertise and sales support for vacuum jacketed piping systems in cryogenic applications worldwide. Design P&IDs, conduct customer research and training, support product launches, competitive benchmarking, and pre/post-sale technical assistance. Travel 25-40% domestically.

Provide HR generalist support for the Conroe, TX site including talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits coordination, associate relations, performance management, HR systems administration (ADP/Workday), policy maintenance, compliance, reporting, DEI and site philanthropy coordination.

Manage and maintain site export compliance program, including licensing, auditing, training, investigations, issue resolution, and cross-functional guidance. Coordinate with site leadership and Group ECM to improve compliance posture and support company-wide initiatives.

Lead customer and product-line P&L, manage key OEM customer relationships, negotiate contracts and pricing, drive cross-functional teams for delivery, forecasting, and product strategy to achieve profitable growth in aerospace and defense.
