The Embedded Systems Software Engineer sustains and improves production BMS software, analyzes field data, calibrates diagnostic features, and resolves field issues, contributing to battery system reliability.

Provide technical integration and hands-on support for Proterra high-voltage battery packs in customer vehicles. Lead requirements analysis, interface architecture, troubleshooting (CAN traces, controls, electrical/HV/LV), and customer design reviews. Coordinate cross-functional teams, perform diagnostics and repairs, and recommend process improvements to ensure successful product integration and launch.
