The Senior Accountant manages full-cycle monthly financial reporting and quarterly forecasts for multiple business lines. Coordinates retail property marketing campaigns, events, activations, tenant communications, digital and print content, and promotional materials. Manages vendors and agencies, maintains marketing calendars and brand standards, supports customer engagement initiatives, and tracks campaign, social media, website, traffic, and event performance. Conducts consumer and competitor research and prepares reports, insights, and recommendations for property management and ownership.
