Support medical device and DME sales within a defined territory by prospecting referral sources, conducting sales calls, delivering products, educating patients and staff, troubleshooting issues, managing inventory and documentation, and assisting billing/compliance. This role involves achieving revenue goals in healthcare sales, managing accounts, providing mentorship, and executing strategic business plans across Oregon.

Support administration and improvement of the LMS and training programs: manage course assignments, content, reporting, and SharePoint resources; assist leadership development, create learning materials, evaluate e-learning content (SCORM), run communications and engagement campaigns, and participate in process improvement and L&D projects.
