The role also supports security projects, identifies control gaps and trends, and communicates incidents and lessons learned to technical teams, leadership, and stakeholders. Weekend and off-shift availability may be required during incidents.

Designs, deploys, and supports enterprise WAN, LAN, and WLAN infrastructure. Leads network projects, manages daily operations, troubleshoots complex routing and DNS issues, monitors performance, optimizes circuits and QoS, documents architecture, supports service desk teams, and coordinates vendors and stakeholders to deliver regional infrastructure initiatives.

Design and develop mechanical products and components for the railway industry. Prepare technical drawings and documentation, perform engineering calculations and analyses, select materials and purchased parts, manage documentation updates, and support prototype assembly, testing, customer technical discussions, cost calculations, and project activities. The role also contributes to design innovation and efficiency improvements while following technical standards and project budgets.

Manage platform screen door sales and business development for South Korea. Build customer relationships, identify opportunities, present technical and commercial proposals, coordinate tenders and technical specifications, support project execution, track delivery and nonconformities, and liaise among Korean customers, local teams, suppliers, and Shanghai-based project teams.
