Serve as a systems engineering liaison for rail transit projects: gather and finalize customer technical requirements, decompose into R&D work packages, track implementation through lifecycle, propose technical solutions, support commercial quoting, manage V&V and RAMS/LCC documentation, and ensure milestone sign-offs and stakeholder alignment until stable revenue service.

Analyze and tune closed-loop controllers, debug software/hardware interfaces, define requirements, support field testing and deployment, and act as technical lead for control system performance.
