The Quality Engineer will manage supplier quality issues, ensure compliance with quality standards, drive continuous improvement, and measure supplier performance through various quality management tools and audits.

Design, develop, and validate secure embedded software. Perform threat modeling, threat & risk analysis, and vulnerability analysis. Implement security architecture (secure boot, crypto, network protocols), remediate SAST/DAST/SCA findings, and obtain cybersecurity release approval. Collaborate across product teams to integrate secure practices and comply with standards (IEC62443, NIST, OWASP).

Leads quality assurance for enterprise rail-control software by developing test strategies, designing and executing manual and automated functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end tests. Builds and maintains UI, API, and integration automation, supports CI/CD quality gates, investigates defects, performs root-cause analysis, manages traceability, and communicates release risks. Collaborates with developers, architects, product managers, and QA teams while improving test coverage, automation stability, documentation, and testing practices.

Provide technical product support, configure and test Digital Mine systems (CAS, DGS), deploy software/firmware updates, troubleshoot issues, work with customers and product teams to prioritize fixes, perform services per SLAs, and support on-site, remote, and office deployments.

Develop scalable full-stack applications, APIs, microservices, React frontends, and GenAI-powered features. Build LLM prompt pipelines, RAG integrations, and evaluation workflows while contributing to system design, secure coding, CI/CD, testing, deployments, and code reviews. Collaborate with AI engineers, data engineers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions. Troubleshoot issues, optimize application performance and cost, and advance engineering practices through continuous learning in Python and emerging AI technologies.

Performs cost accounting and financial analysis for a manufacturing site, including standard costing, cost variance analysis, inventory reserves, physical counts, accounts payable reconciliation, audits, VAT export calculations, capital investment reviews, and government subsidy programs. Supports new product transfers and investment projects through cost tracking, ROI and NPV analysis, and cross-functional financial coordination. Requires strong knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting, ERP systems, tax regulations, and English-language workplace communication.

Assists engineers with mechanical product design, mechanical component selection, and reconciliation of 2D/3D drawings with EBOMs. Organizes technical literature and materials, prepares technical documentation, and uses mechanical design software such as Creo, UG, CATIA, or SolidWorks. Requires a mechanical design-related major, basic English reading and writing skills, and availability for two to three internship days per week.

Performs RAMS activities for rail engineering projects, analyzing reliability, availability, maintainability, and safety. Responsibilities include lifecycle cost analysis, fault tree and FMEA studies, hazard log preparation, reliability data collection, customer and supplier communication, engineering support, and preparation of RAMS documentation for tenders. Requires an engineering degree, knowledge of RAMS standards and reliability methods, fault tree tool experience, mechanical/electrical/electronic knowledge, Office proficiency, and strong English communication skills.
