Provide technical leadership on inverters, rectifiers, transformers, gate drivers, IGBT/SCR selection, lab and vehicle testing, supplier engagement, program execution, and team development while ensuring standards, cost, schedule, and quality targets are met.

Responsible for ensuring quality processes during design and production phases, interfacing with customers on quality issues, and tracking project quality metrics.
