Work rotating shifts in a 24x7 operations environment and use IT systems for monitoring and maintenance.

Lead development and sustainment of embedded Linux platform software (BSP, platform services, middleware). Define technology and security strategy, design and test platform components, integrate hardware/software, troubleshoot issues, drive software quality and documentation, and support V&V and customer-facing technical decisions.

Own and lead Oracle Project Accounting module for global Finance ERP initiatives: gather requirements, design high-level solutions, configure, test, document, train, support rollouts, transition to support teams, assist month-end close, and drive process simplification and cross-functional alignment.

Manage global product strategy, roadmap, and P&L for NDT sensor products. Lead NPI and go-to-market activities, coordinate R&D, marketing, sales, and supply chain, mentor direct reports, and drive market intelligence and recurring revenue models. Onsite in State College, PA; up to 30% international travel.

Design, commission, and support transit and locomotive electronic, instrumentation, and automation systems. Perform circuit and PCB design, create BOMs and test documentation, develop and test embedded C firmware, verify compliance with certification standards, troubleshoot hardware/firmware, and support prototype-to-production transitions.

Design, prototype, program and validate robotic NDT inspection solutions. Define requirements and architecture, integrate mechanical/electrical/software components, manage risk, lead production transfer, mentor junior integrators, maintain R&D lab and liaise with suppliers.
