Resolves manufacturing and product issues, develops and improves processes, creates test plans, coordinates cross-functional teams and suppliers, manages technical documentation and engineering changes, supports readiness reviews and customer meetings, and provides technical leadership, mentoring, and work direction.

Manages risk and opportunity processes for Northrop Grumman’s Sentinel defense program. Evaluates mitigation and opportunity plans, coordinates with suppliers, customers, and management, facilitates risk meetings, integrates risk management with EVMS, reports critical risks, and supports proposal teams through acquisition milestones. The role requires data analysis, reporting, presentations, Excel proficiency, DoD program experience, and eligibility for Secret clearance and SAP approval.

The role embeds security controls across software, hardware, network, and integration teams, supports RMF and DoD compliance, leads remediation, and presents technical findings to program leadership and customers.

Performs systems engineering activities including technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, requirements analysis, functional analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition.
